Tire bubble

Was walking around my trailer and noticed this . The tires have maybe 300 miles on them. My question is, is this a tire bubble or what? I can feel small ridge in the tire.

Do /should I need to replace it?

We are getting ready for a 1500 mile round trip at the starting the end of next week and I don't want to deal with it.

Thanks

The ridge is where the the belts come together and the bubble is probably where the rubber was joined, but definitely contact a Goodyear store and or your dealer before you head out.

I have the same on all four of my tires, they have done 8.000 klms with no problems its just where they join the belts in the sidewall.

I've got the same thing on all 4 of my Goodyear Wranglers on my truck nothing to worry about IMO. Lots of tow miles with no issues for me.

Had that on my trailer, took them back to Goodyear dealer to look and he said it was where the belts are joined and told not to worry. Go and enjoy. I know my rainier tires didn’t have that, probably because they were not even joined up which is why they separated. LOL

That's not a bubble. A bubble would look like a blister and that is wall separation, which would concern you. Agree that I own tires with that same indent and not an issue.

There is something "raised" right at the edge of the tread and sidewall that I would want checked.

It's a manufacturers tread splice and is normal. Especially when running max psi. It should go away after a little use. Like Norty said, GO CAMP!
