Toilet inlet valve

Hey everyone, I posted a question about a toilet issue I had with a Thetford toilet recently, thanks for all the input, one of the reasons I changed it out to a Dometic is because you can change the bottom seal without having to remove the unit. Another reason the parts were back ordered for the Thetford, which would not completely shut off the water and kinda trickle fill the bowl. When I bought the new Dometic I also purchased a new adjustable regulator valve for the supply. We live in it full time in a retirement mobile home park and never move the trailer. So long story short is the park water pressure is only about 25 psi. Which i cannot raise with the regulator. The New Dometic toilet does the same thing as far as the inlet valve does not shut completely off at times, it never overflows but will continue to trickle for about 20-30 seconds before shutting completely off. Is this normal, we have full time a little over a year and I don't recall this happening.
Thanks for any input.
Michael

After we flush ours, there's a few seconds of more water trickling down. I think it's designed into the system, so there's some water in it to seal the ball valve. That helps seal out odors from the black tank. Ours leaves about 1/2" to 3/4" of water on top of the ball valve. If it doesn't hold some water in it, the ball seal is leaking by, and either needs to be cleaned underneath, or be replaced.
