I have a 2015 Eagle 323LKTS and a Thetford toilet in it. The flush arm broke and it was the last straw. After several issues and the toilet refusing to hold water after a flush, I purchased a new Dometic 320 and pulled the old one off and replaced it. Much better toilet and no more worries. Do yourself a favor and junk it if it's a Thetford.
x2 on replacing a Thetford toilet with either the Dometic 320 or 310. After our flush arm broke this summer while out on a 9 week trip I "jerry-rigged it with cable ties and ordered a new Dometic 310 when we got home. The difference between the toilet is night and day and the Dometic's rubber seal can be replaced with out removing the toilet.
Contact Jayco customer with your VIN and request toilet manufacturer and model (or part number). Then contact the manufacure for the part. That is what I do when I am researching rv/trailer parts for repair or replacement.
Need toilet flush replacement valve on 2022 pinnacle 36 fbts and cannot find one online that looks like the one taken off. Any help appreciated.
You might be better off with something like this. If your model is different from this one, there still might be a fully assembled version of your model that would be a better alternative to installing individual parts of the toilet.
We had the same problem with 2023 Pinnacle 36FBTS. We found if we held the phone at the base of the toilet in the back and then snapped a picture, we had the model number of the toilet. Good luck. It was a tight fit even trying to get a photo of it.
