We have decided to stick with the Jayco for a number of reasons. I am on my 5th camper. All brands are a rolling piece of junk I just happen to think Jayco makes one of the finer pieces of junk.

It handles it flawlessly. Even loaded. We took it on about a 2 1/2 trip on Friday and returned today. That Duramax is an animal!

In my reading, most of the complaints I saw about the 3.0 were all regarding "stroke limits." So after I drove it home and backed in to my spot next to house, I attempted Auto Level without anything under the levelers. It reached the stroke limit on the first attempt. So I placed a 6x6x6 under each leveler with the exception of the front, and it leveled no problem. On our maiden trip that we just returned from today, I put the blocks under before a cracked open my beer. Hit Auto Level and SUCCESS occurred within three minutes (half a beer!).

Does the new 3.0 system not hit the ground (I have the 2.0 system, so I honestly don't know)? Our 2.0 system at least has extendable jacks. MOcamper, I would seriously look at that Montana. My in-laws have one and like it (different model though).

It appears that the problem I am having is that the dead bolt does not retract the entire way. Regardless if I'm using the key, keypad, or even the deadbolt lever inside.
