Touring edition no longer

We went to our local dealer to order a 2015 eagle touring edition fifth wheel.
We picked our options and settled on a price and the dealer placed our order.
A week later the dealer called back and said that Jayco is not going to make the touring edition and the HT any longer. Something about combining the two into a new line. Not sure why they had both those models anyway. My dealer then said we were in luck that there is one of the last ones coming off the assembly line that is all most exactly what we wanted. We told him we would take it.
Does anyone have anymore detailed info on this?

I thought last year when they discontinued the Eagle Super Lite that it seemed to me that the Premier was merely the Eagle from days of old with the Touring model being the Eagle Super Lite, not the HT like I bought in 2012.

We just bought a 2015 Eagle HT 27.5 RLTS 3 weeks ago. Haven't heard anything about the HT going away unless what we have is the combination of the two.

What is the difference between the Touring and the Eagle? From what I can see only a few options differ but nothing in construction.

That is a shame. We love our Touring Edition. We are glad that we ordered ours when it was still available.

Not sure about the touring edition, but the HT is in the 2015 brochures on Jayco's site.
