Towing 5th wheel with 3500 Ram dually

I have posted before about pulling our Eagle Premier with a Ram 3500 4x4 dually. Sold my F250 I was pulling with and am concerned about towing level and bed rail clearance. Bought a Curt Q24 hitch and set on highest setting and pin box is set to give me the most clearance (lowest bolt setting ) Spring shackles bolt set to give camper the lowest height. Was wondering if anyone else has insight into this. Hopefully will hitch up this week as weather is finally improving. Was wondering if I may have change shackle bolts to give me a level stance. Thanks for the responses.

You really have to hook it up and see. Dodge doesn't sag as much as Ford with pin weight. Your 5th wheel may also have pin height adjustments too. Pickup trucks keep getting taller: (

+1 on the hook up and see. It all depends on pin weight, loading positions of gear and trailer, plus what in the truck.

Mine sits almost level with about an 1" nose high which is nothing. Rails have about 6-7" clearance.
