TP?

Must be multi-ply.

What common brand are you all using?

I know that RV specific isn’t required.

Was using Amazon house brand but not thrilled with how slowly it dissolves.

We use Scott Rapid Dissolving RV/marine TP. We get it in the RV aisle at Walmart.

We found Walmart store brand and Sam's Club break down good and are cheap. Sam's club breaks down faster and is softer than the Walmart.

The best TP? Gotta be the MembersMark from Sam's club. Soft, somewhat thick and dissolves easily. Use it at home as well. I think the Kirkland brand from Costco is made the same. Be prepared as you're gonna get a lot of different opinions.

Funny story regarding Members Mark brand. For years we used it at my business, and then suddenly we started having sewer line clogging problems, twice in 30 days.

Plumber wanted to charge us $200k to redo the entire sewer system in the building. Then my facilities manager remembered we had just changed tp brand. Went back to Members Mark, and the clogging went away.

I’d use it in our camper, but it’s not the “plushest” feel, and the wife isn’t keen on it.

You sure we're talking about the same brand? I'm old and have tried many brands and nothing I've ever tried even comes close to the plushness of this brand. The only thing I can think of any better would be to wipe my butt with a microfiber towel, Lol. Good luck in your search!

Kirkland

We have used the Costco Kirkland brand for years in our home. DW and 3 daughters and never had a complaint. Saw it was septic safe when we bought the trailer and was pleased, don’t have to stock something just for the trailer. The dealer gave us a start up roll in a package which I snuck in, and I got “What is this S..t?!?!”. I got a moment of entertainment out of it.

Turns out we weren't. We've been buying the POM brand from Sam's for work, not their house brand. We'll give it a shot.

We use the "Kirkland Signature" from COSTCO.
Never had any issues and it breaks down fast too.

We've always used AngelSoft and never had a problem. This year we bought some Kirkland and will be using in the future. Cheaper than AngelSoft and gets the job done.

This is a good video of different brands. We went with the Walmart brand and saw no more paper when dumping and flushing. But it's definitely not the softest. So we did our own breakdown test between Walmart brand and Sam's Club brand. Sam's Club brand brokedown better than the Walmart and is softer.

Whatever Sam's Club brand is. They only have one that I know of. At least at the ones around our area. I'm buying some today so I will look what the pack says.

That's what we get for the house. I think there's only one for Sam's Club. We've tried several others for the RV but I think I'm gonna switch to Sam's Club TP. We like it and it does seem to break down good. Right now we're using Wal Mart Everyday Soft which is pretty good too. We were on Scotts 1000 for a while. One ply, too thin.

We need dissolving TP on both our travel trailer and our sailboat. There are plenty of tests on youtube. I found this one particularly compelling, and as a result use Charmin Ultra Soft for home and travel.

There appears to be no reason to use an RV specific paper.
