I've been dealing a little lately on a few RV's. The amount I would get trading is directly related to the amount they're selling the new one for.
The more they discount the new RV the less I get and vice versa.
I can get top dollar for my 5er but I'll pay close to MSRP for the new one.
Pretty much you're guaranteed wholesale for your trade. Deals go up from there.
We bought our North Point from Roberson RV in Salem. Never had to negotiate, they came down 31% from the get go. Nice dealer.......will probably go back to them if they give me more than 40k for mine.

Did you have a trade? I have heard good things about Roberson.

When I bought the North Point I tried dealing with Clear Creek RV in Silverdale, WA and they were light years apart from Robison. I even offered Clear Creek $1,000 more than Roberson was willing to sell it just to avoid traveling down to Salem. They took three days to get back to me saying they would accept my offer...........by that time I'd already wired a deposit to Robison. I felt good having to tell Clear Creek..........tooooooooooo late

LOL, yeah it makes you wonder why some dealers are so unwilling to deal.

We just bought a 2019 Pinnacle and there is no carpet in the bedroom, except on the slide and a bit just under the sofa.

I would go back to your place of purchase and see what the offer is on your North Point

We did just this same thing. I had 2015 Keystone Premier and upgraded to a 2019 Pinnacle 38flws.
You are right it does not have the carpet. We special ordered ours and expected it to be like the 2018 with carpet but were wrong. We almost canceled everything because of this reason and some other changes they made but, in the end, we took it. Is for sure easier to keep clean without carpet and we plan on getting some nice matching rugs throughout.
We received way more money for our 2015 Premier by selling it on Craigslist. We had very little response on RV Trader.

One thing I noticed about Jayco is they seem to lack enough adhesive on the floor vinyl. Our last Jayco developed ripples in the floor because of this almost immediately so am hoping our Pinnacle does not start the same thing.
