They were new tires. The first time we lost tread on the first. The second were checked and again new tires and had a blow out. There was no reason for either after both times they were checked for damage. Go figure. Our trailer is always checked. But I guess god knows and god shows that he in control. But not always.

My Rainier tires lasted 3 years

Tires were OEM on my 2015 27RL tt. Replaced all 5 with Goodyear Endurance load range D. The Rainiers looked worn but fully serviceable with about 4-5000 miles on them. Hope we have as good luck with the Goodyears!
FYI for those that may not know how to read the date code, it is 4 numbers located in a small oval. The first 2 numbers are the week of the year and the last 2 are the year of manufacture. The date code on my new Endurance tires is 1118 which means they were made in the 11th week of 2018 or the 3rd week of March, 2018.

First they have matched any lower priced tire's price I have found.

Next they are are located in many states across the US which is convenient when traveling.

They also have a warranty that covers the tire for most any problems and if you are not near a Discount Tire you can get the tire replaced at any other tire place and when near a Discount Tire location bring the receipt and they will either replace your tire for free or pay you for the replacement you had to get. My Dad had this happen to him and they paid him cash out of the till. Ask about warranty details.
I also have had good service from Discount Tires. They supplied me with the Maxxis tires I have now and they run a lot cooler than the last two sets of tires which blew out in very short time.

First big trip in our new to us '08 fiver to Glacier National Park and had a blow out on I-94 in the foothills of the Rockies. Fortunately, it was a passenger side. Did a little sheet metal damage, but nothing else. Good thing the quick connect for the LP had a nice heavy gauge shield around it! Original tires from '07, not sure if they were 'china bombs' or not. So yeah, got 5 new tires now. And I realized how blessed we were!

Oh yeah and I was the 'volunteer' to change the tire!

Speed creates heat in the operation of tires, add extreme outside temps and disasters happen. Also any mechanical can break down easier in extreme heat.

I do all that including TPMS with temperature and I still lost 2. Both within 40 miles of leaving the house on a trip.

China tires just blow, nothing you can do. I've had many blow. Pressure and temps good. Had brand new ones blow. Different China brands on different trailers. I will no longer pull any trailer with China tires on it.

In the 70’s through 90’s never had a blowout or flat. In the last 7 years I’ve hadn’t least 10. Went to LT tires 3 year ago and have had no problem. Jayco knows they put underrated crap tires on. I’ve tried the best STT with no luck.

Mine were the US made Goodyear GSTs. Supposedly the best you can get. Never curbed, jackknifed or anything. I believe it was just a bad run. At the time I had heard of others with the same issue. So at this point I don't put alot in where it's made, more that it's a decent tire and cut down the time frame and change like clockwork.

The only Goodyear trailer tire manufactured in th USA is the “Endurance” line that was introduced in 2017, last year. They were having their tires made in China like everyone else. The manufacturers say that China was making the tires to US specs but I’ll call that BS.

Will say where it's made on the sidewall. 100% chance they are made in China.

Probably just like the load rate and speed rating!Camper 10K dry, then add all the beer LOL! In the mountains of Arizona, sometimes hit 80 to get up the other side, saves a little wear on tranny.

God is always in control, it is the people who are not control correctly.

By people you mean tires I assume? If so, I agree, those Chinese tires are totally out of control. Lol

Deceiving production = poor manufacturing
