Travelogues

Since I'm new to the forum I want to ask if posting an update on travels either daily or once in a while is either proper or wanted. Tolerated?

We have this old rig as ready for the road as we can and will head out in search of endless sun on Friday. The guys on the veteran's nets that I frequent seem to put up with my rambling but I think all the helicopter noise in their ears long ago has muddled their thinking a little

I think it's o.k. Just keep it a reasonable length so as not to loose too many readers and probably post it on the "Sitting around the campfire" section. Hopefully, you're not a fulltimer

Thanks for the replay and thanks for the wake-up. I should have realized this isn't a social network. Besides I will probably be too busy putting out tire fires and nailing the pieces back on that fall off this old dog.

You might think of setting up a blog. There you can socialize and picturize to your hearts content and post the link here on your signature. Good luck with "the old dog" and happy travels!

I spent a little time going through tumblr for travel log type blogs and I think it's the perfect tool for that type of material.
