Trying to level rig

I need to raise my trailer up so it’s more level with the bed of the truck. Only options I see are flipping axles not fun or taller tires. Currently it has 205/75/15 on it. If I could find 235 or 245 I could gain a few inches but I am only finding a 225 in a 15 inch trailer tire. What tires are you running on your rig?
Can I go to a light truck tire? I can find those in 235 and 245.
I have a 2001 qwest 253D it currently has 205/75/15 tires on it. I am using a pullrite hitch in my 2009 Dodge 3/4 ton.

Flipping the axles is really not that hard just some work involved. You can get kits for that. Also a good time to do any needed maintenance on an older suspension. You can upgrade to 16" tires and wheels, that would give you a couple of inches pretty easily.

I was thinking about 16 inch wheels as well. Just trying to look up what the hole pattern is. Is there a place on line to order the kits for flipping?
Thanks for your reply

It is called "over and under kit". Check and see if you can find a tag or label on your axle. Do a Google search for Dexter Over and Under kits.

Also post a picture of your axles and shackles. Some others may be able to give some help.
