Can anyone walk me threw on what information to put in at the pump. I went to a TA Truck stop today and tried to use the card for the first time and was totaly lost by the questions on the pump ? I Know the contol number is last 4 of my SSN but it never ask for that.

I gogled that same page and it tells me nothing about how to use the card at the pump. But I am at work and some of that page is blocked. So maybe that is where it is at ?

They usually ask if your want tractor, refer or def. Do not select refer. Select tractor and that includes both sides if you have dual tanks. Select def if you need it.

when it ask for the unit ( tractor, reefer, etc..) select whatever, i always select tractor. sometimes it will ask the unit number, just make one up 1234. it will ask if you want cash back, it will ask if you want any other products from inside. then it will ask about a control number. It will ask about DEF fluid at some point also. if you are getting DEF, once you get through all the prompts just pick weather you want to do DEF or diesel first by lifting that nozzle, after you finish it will prompt you to start the next fluid.
