turning on stove burners by accident

Has anyone by accident turned on stove burners? I have a 2020 pinnacle 36kpts and have reached up to take something out of the micro and turned on burner knob and left gas escape into trailer. Would anyone have a fix for that? i have fitted pieces in behind knobs to keep them from turning when not in use. I have not located a gas valve to turn off gas to stove

To my knowledge Jayco has never added a separate valve to turn off the stove.

Once we accidentally turned on a gas valve. Has not been an issue since.

Happened to me once. I don't know how I turned it on, but it must have been on for several hours. I walked into the trailer and it smelled like cooking cabbage. Took me a while to figure it out, but finally saw that the valve was turned on. Shut it off, aired out the trailer, and never happened since. I'm very aware of the burner controls, and usually look at them when I walk past.

I still don't know why the CO/Propane detector didn't go off...
