TV connection issue

I have a problem getting our bedroom TV to connect. It worked when we picked it up at the dealer, but not at our first camping trip. Back at the dealer it worked again!

Now we’re camping again and it’s not working again ! I get “no signal detected”

On my outside docking station I have three TV connection options, satellite 1, satellite 2 and satellite 3 NONE for cable. Thru trial and error we found out that Sat2 is actually the cable in plug. I don’t know why there isn’t a cable listing.

So our l/r tv and outside tv work but we still can’t get the b/r tv to work. It scans, but keeps coming up with “no signal”

The TV is a TCL

Anyone who has any idea how to fix this, please let me know.

Thanks

Is it on "cable" in the setup wizard before you scan? It's crazy that they labeled on the ports as "satellite". It should be satellite, cable & aux. Are the other 2 TV's TCL also?

Yes, the TCL tv runs thru the tv scan first, followed by a cable scan, both return “no signal” it’s so frustrating, lol.

The other two tv’s are Furrions.

It just doesn’t make sense to me. But then again Satellite 1, 2, 3 doesn’t either.

It's got to be a setting on the TCL. Take a look at the Source menu and make sure it's indicating cable. Did you install the TCL?

It could be a very weak signal at the campground (depending on how many times they split the signal from the main trunk line). What was the quality of the image like at your LR television? Grainy?

Still unable to get either a TV or cable signal, however we are able to connect to our Netflix Acct, so now I am totally stumped.

We are getting a good enough signal thru the cable connection to stream, but unable to get the cable tv signal. We’ll have to give TCL support and see what they say.

Thanks for all the help.
