Twin Star fireplace in 2016 317RLOK
I have the Twin Star 23EF031GRP fireplace. For some reason, I can no longer change the temperature setting. The remote will NOT change the increase or decrease in the temperature setting, so I have to hit the physical button on the fireplace control. Mine is stuck on 70 degrees. I have a support ticket at Twin Star but for some reason, no tech will call me back. Oh wait, they tried to call me on Thanksgiving day.
Any way, wondering if any of you have suggestions for my issue.
