UniDock Valve stuck

My unidock utility center has a stuck valve to the water tank. I was filling the tank, but now the valve won’t shut to allow me to dry camp. The water keep running in, and the water tank overflowed. Any help out there?

The green handle feels loose like it is not connected to the valve. When I try to use city water, the water tank continues to fill.

Probably the valve itself not functioning if the handle is loose...sounds like it from
your description...see if you can take unscrew the handle and manually close the green valve... and set all the switches back to city water ...check if problem still exists...if so, probably have to replace the tank fill valve.

I have a similar issue. My bottom valve (the 4-5-6) is stuck and won't turn at all. I can't change to city services. Don't know why. I just bought this used and don't know what I'm doing wrong. Has anyone else had this happen?
