Unknown red light origin

Hi there, happy new addition to the Jayco family. We just purchased a 2020 North Point and have a red light in the outside control panel area and can't find its meaning in any documentation. Light stays on even after battery disconnect is turned to off position. I've included a picture for reference, anyone know what it's for?

The government requires the light to warn you against camping during a pandemic. You can leave when it’s green.

I really have no idea, you would have thought they could have labeled it.

Is your water pump turned on? On my coach the red light indicates the water pump is turned on from either the inside or outside switch.

Does the light have a switch near it. Mine are combined. It may mean that the water pump in turned on somewhere else.

I believe the white switch to the right of the cold water tap is ONE of your switches to turn on your water pump. The other switch is located inside the trailer in your control panel. If you turn BOTH switches off the light should go off. Looks like something new because my pump switch out there in the control area is a lighted switch. Maybe they couldn't get lighted switches anymore?? They surely didnt do it to save money be cause it would cost more to install a non lighted switch, drill another hole and wire up and install a light.
However, I DO like the outdoor shower set up they are installing. I had the quick connect version like that on my previous other brand and loved it. Easy disconnect, could use it to connect to the black tank flush and squirt the ignorant people that like to cut thru our site. Lol!

Thank you everyone, really appreciate the help. I'm sure it was covered in the walk through yesterday but with 3 hours of information I'm sure my feeble brain forgot at least one thing. I'm going to repark it this afternoon so I can pull the slides out and will verify once I check both switches.

Green for apocalypse ending, lol.

I wish my walk through was split in two. Give me the top ten things to know, then let me come back in three months with all the rest of the questions. I had my phone out taking pictures and I look at some and think, yeah, that was really important and I wasn't going to forget why we were looking there . . . of course I forgot.

I have read where some dealers have a place to park overnight on the first night, so yes, walk through, use it, sleep in it and ask more questions, fix stuff the second day.

Don’t have any like that around here...

just guessing but given the label under the light that references the TV, is it possible that the light is intended to indicate whether or not you are receiving your TV signal from a cable TV hook up or from an antenna. In our 24.5CKTS there is a push/push switch (with a little light) on the actual cable connection - hidden in the shallow storage area below the TV (and above the fire place). I only found out about it when I mentioned to a neighboring RVer in a KOA that my cable TV was terrible - he told me about this switch and showed me where it was.

I doubt the light is for the cable.

You stated that the light is still on with the battery disconnected. Someone posted about 2 years ago, that they found that there auto leveling system (don't recall brand), and their controller for their remote, that controls the awning and slide out motion still had power when the battery was disconnected. They stated if the leveling system was fully disconnected, the system could no longer remember the front jack height for easy hookup.

I suspect that red light has something to do with your leveling system. Might mean that the legs are extended (just a wild guess).

Correct - it indicates power to the FW pump - same as mine.

Interesting, the OP, states the light stays on after flipping the power disconnect. sounds like something needs to be looked into.

Yes - had this too. The light stays on after I turned the switch off in the wet bay. I think this has to do with the JayCommand (BMPro) controlling this function also...
