Unknown switch in utilitycompartment

First time post here. Recently purchased a 2014 31.5 rlts 5'er with no manuals or user guides. I've figured most of it out with the generic manual available at the Jayco website. However, there is switch in the basement/utility area that is not labeled (near the controls for the outdoor shower and tank controls in the main storage area). It's a nondescript black switch that lights up red when flipped. Does anyone know what this switch is for? I suspect it could be for a heating element for water lines, but am not sure. Any thoughts appreciated!

... what he said.

But until you call on Monday.... Some units have a light near the dump valves. Turn the switch on briefly at night and see if that's it.

I have a switch with a red light on it, in the utility compartment, in the box near the front door by the sink and in the bathroom. All of them turn on the electric water pump. And remember, the water pump must be turned off at the same switch that was used to turn it on.

If that is the pump switch then shouldn't you be able to briefly hear the pump energize? Exclusions if you are camping at an outdoor rock concert.

That switch is a water pump switch. When turned on you do not always hear anything until you turn on the water. I use that switch when I country fill the fresh water tank. You should have received a Jayco package when you purchased your rv. In that package you would have books (booklets) that covers most all of your appliances, warranties and a general book for your 5th wheel care from Jayco. If not, you can call Jayco customer service and see about getting at least the Jayco care and informational manual. I have found their customer service to be very good for the most part. They will ask for your vin number of your rv.
