Unlevel Floor

On our last trip we noticed the floor was unlevel in front of the pantry. With the slide open it is lower toward the outside of the camper. It is not this way in front of the refrigerator. I have put a level on the underneath of the slide on the outside and the slide is level. On the inside there is not a gap between the slide and the floor or at the top of the slide. Short of dropping the underbelly is there any other way to look for the problem?
It may have come from the factory this way and we are just now noticing it but I do not think so. It was really noticeable on a recent 2 week trip when the slide was loaded.
This is a 2017 387

Thanks
