Upgraded from a '12 308RETS to '13 365BHS and absolutely loving the extra room so far. Kids especially love the LED lights under the awning that we didn't even know was coming. We got her loaded with all the options available.....leveling system, tinted windows, fireplace, slide toppers. Working on getting all my mods finished and will post more pictures including interior. Can't wait to get to use her.

Nice! Can you elaborate about the "5000# supersprings"? I would guess that a stock F250 would be a bit overloaded if you fill the 365 with all the "goodies" we tend to collect.

My guess is the 5000# super springs are Air Lift Load Leveler 5000 air bags. As a rear suspension enhancement, sometimes air bags are referred to as super springs. Of course, it could be a lot of different things, there's a bunch of different ones on the market today. RedHorse, you would be correct, that's quite a load on the F-250 but I'm sure it's up to the task especially with the diesel [it's a monster, I know because I have one]. BTW, that is a beautiful 5th wheel.

Thanks TC,
I'm sure the 6.7 has enough "umph" to do the job but wondering about the load on the rear axle. I'm guessing the supersprings help hold the bed off the rear axle. Hope our OP will check in with an update.

Congrats imaynard what a great looking fifth wheel. It's great to see the led light in the awning, we ordered a 351MKTS and heard that it might be on ours. Enjoy and safe camping!

I have a 2013 351MKTS that I purchased in June of 2012. This is my 5th Jayco 5th wheel. By far this is a keeper. Although it doesn't have the LED lights. I only have 2 minor issues to be addressed. I am currently wintering in South Texas. I hope you have good luck with your new rig. We love this floor plan. Did you order the big fridge?

Thanks bad99ram we did order the big fridge and 2nd 13,500-BTU A/C in bedroom, 30" Convection microwave oven, 4-point leveling system, Bike rack/cargo tray system, Customer Value Package, Fireplace, In and Out 22" LCD HDTV in bedroom with integrated DVD player, Keyless entry main door, MOR/ryde pin box, Thermal-pane, tinted, safety-glass windows, plus 2 options that are not standard options on the Premier, a central vacuum and the king sleep number bed. We are very excited for it to show up. This is our first 5th wheel and 3rd camper.

What are the issues you need to have addressed if I might ask?

Thanks everyone!! To elaborate on the super springs, I posted a picture to show what they are. Sorry it's not a better shot....kinda hard to get a good angle in the wheel well.
Since we have the FX4 package on our TV, the suspension has more travel over the standard F250, therefore to help with the load, we added the springs. It's not as adjustable as air bags, but it's zero maintenance and we don't need an air compressor to engage them. http://www.supersprings.com/superspr...ew_general.asp

We are having issues with the microwave already spoke to dealership and they will replace and the furnace not working right. Its OK for now but I suspect the high limit switch needs to be replaced. Other than that no other issues. Very pleased with unit.

Boy, I missed that one by a country mile! imaynard, I have the exact same truck that you have only black, and Ford did "soften" the ride on the 3/4 ton pickups. My Dads 2000 F-250 has 5 leaf springs on the rear, while we only have 3 [including the overload]. Do your super springs have any effect on the unloaded ride? Just curious, Terry

TCNASHVILLE, If I didn't show you that they were installed, you would never know they were there by riding in the TV. The way I have it setup at this time, it just basically sits there until you put a load on it. You can adjust the tension on them by changing the slot that you put the bolt and rollers thru, which can pre-load the suspension. I highly recommend them to anyone. I have a camping buddy who has the same model truck, but has a bumper pull camper, and he installed them on his truck also. It made a huge difference on his truck. I wish I could compare "with or without" for you, but I had them installed before we picked up the 5er. Hope this helps.
