Used 377rlbh checklist

Good morning,
New to the forum and have done some searching but wanted to get first hand knowledge if you will.
My family is looking to start full timeing here in the near future.
There is a 2016 377 locally that had a sticker of 50k. There "asking what they owe ".
The family used it to full time for one year and now it sits. They said it's very clean and in great shape.
We understood that the warranty is non transferrable. I've received good advise that buying used is a good idea given the condition of the camper.
Can you outline some specifics to the 377 that I should pay attention to while inspecting this camper?
I have a PDI checklist, but that may take a while. Perhaps I'll use it to entirety on a subsequent inspection.
What are your thoughts on new vs used for the 377?

Thank you.

I would check the slide out supports under the kitchen slide for sure. I think I'd also look at a new unit. For about the same price, you'll get a new unit plus a warranty. You should expect 30% off sticker price, so you should be in the ballpark of the price of the used one.

Buying a 2016 can cost as much if not more than a brand new unit with two year warranty. I have found it never pays to by anything used that's a year or two old. Normally I find it's cheaper or the same cost to buy new. Interest rates can be higher on used vs new. Down payments may be required or higher on used vs new. I'd definitely look into a new one as well.

Thanks Tom and Earl.
I did check on a new one at 30-31% off and it was close to the used price for the '16.
Definitely worth factoring in interest rates and down payments.
Warranty's do offer a nice warm and fuzzy.
thanks again.
