Used 5th Wheel Market - Up like travel trailers?

I currently own a 2020 travel trailer that I bought brand new. I'm considering upgrading to a 5th wheel and looking at the used market. The Travel Trailer market has gone through the roof with dealers basically charging full MSRP (I bought mine in 2020 and paid about 50% of the MSRP).

What is the used 5th wheel market like right now? I'm looking at a 2017 model and curious what they would have gone for brand new, vs what I would be paying for a used 2017 through private sale.

Used is just as bad as new right now. Definitely not the time to be in the market.

I've got my eye on a 2017 377RLBH. Can someone tell me what those were going for brand new in 2017? Wondering how much they've depreciated given the current market.

I think they could have the MSRP, but that isn't what people were paying in 2017. I'm curious what people paid for this model brand new in 2017.

Rule of thumb back then was 65 to 70% of msrp
