I read that after I posted, but still a different angle, get the install instructions from them. If it's the same as Dicors then the roof should have been cleaned first otherwise it's a defect in workmanship. Just a thought?

Did that, they even have the pictures. They can't get involved between Jayco and their customers, which is understandable. I did send my contact at Alpha Systems (the membrane manufacturer) another email yesterday that said just tell me that what you see in the photos is ok and I will be fine with that. I further said that if they think there may be a problem don't respond to my email. So far no response, does that say anything?

You would think, but Jayco and the servicing dealer think there is not a problem. MBA and Beancounter business mentality.

At Rv.net non-Jayco folks have mentioned that other rv manufacturers (not just Jayco) produce roofs with the same results as yours. Can you find those posts then PM the owner to see how they dealt with their rv dealer/company/manufacturer?

Between here and RV.net as well as MyRVTalk.com I have communicated with several folks both via the open forum and by PM and email. Some have had their trailers fixed under warranty and others dealt with it themselves. Almost every single person who has had issues like mine said their roof was not nearly as bad as mine looks.
