Wall Thickness & Construction
Looking to find the Wall thickness and construction differences between the Eagle HT, Eagle, North Point, and Pinnacle. Purely out of curiosity. I can't seem to find specs on the wall construction and thickness anywhere on any of Jayco's brands.
Anybody know or know where to find this info?

One good way to be sure is to look under the bathroom sink or anywhere you can view a penetration for a plumbing drain or line. Generally the hole is oversized enough that you can use a pencil or screwdriver to touch the outside fitting and measure the distance to the inside wall.
To be honest, I forget the thickness on my 2014 Whawk but in the first 3 months of ownership, as I was installing a mount for a bedroom tv, I managed to guess wrong on the length of a screw and there it was! The tip of the screw was just barely sticking thru the outside wall. I pretty much don't put screws in these walls, but in the event I needed to, the above method would keep me from that early mistake.

Wood frame are usual 1.5 + 1/8 wall panels + siding
Aluminum frames 1 + 1/8 wall panels + 3/16 (fiberglass + luan ply)

They use both, depending on the line. Jayflight has wood frame, Whitehawk has aluminum for example.

I was able to find out that the Eagle HT walls are 1 1/2 Inch thick. The Eagle, North Point, and Pinnacle walls are all 2 inches thick.

What size screw do you suggest for replacement of existing 1" that are not capable of retaining rear wall of unit (2012 ×213) in position with sidewall, as it moves -separates .25" or more when slide moves in, and yes it tightens up when open, in addition is there a adjustment that can be made on the tracking system to eliminate what appears to be pressure on back wall when in the closed positions as it has some anchoring of sort to the lower portion of wall directly under bed slide-out? Screw length & thread?
