Warranty

North Point 377
Purchased September this year.

Items covered under warranty -
  • Bathroom sliding door facing inside bathroom scrape on rear of door from nail, stable, screw scraping
  • Splendide dryer makes high pitch sound when on.
  • Furnace stopped igniting (ran but would turn off. Would not ignite.
  • Wall finish (paper covering) pulling away in small area of bedroom (top corner of wall) - no apparent water damage causing it. Small 1-2" area.
  • Clothes rod in closet (two) were both too short. Kept falling out. I went to Lowes Home Improvement and took care of that myself (no warranty)

In my opinion minor items. Have gone approx. 2,500 miles. No slide issues that others have referenced. Really enjoy the trailer.

Additions -
  • A few 3M On Command wall hooks
  • Instant 190 degree hot water tap
  • On the Go Water Softener

We purchased the 2019 North Point 377 in October. We had the same issue with the closet rods. I ended up fixing it myself also. Some very minor issues requiring the converter, Maxx Air fan and ceiling fan to be replaced under warranty. Both the converter (12v side) and the Maxx Air fan emitted a very high pitched whine. I swear it would knock your hearing out. The ceiling fan sounded as if it had lost a bearing. We just went on a two week shakedown and had a blast. Moving in full time in the next few weeks. Very excited! How do you like the On The Go water softener?

The water softener is worth every penny. It does an amazing job. I installed it a month ago and the water hardness is still in the 0-1 range. It was 14 (hard) before using it. Showers are better and no hard spots on the stainless still sinks. We bought the double standard one. https://www.portablewatersoftener.co...U=OTG4-DBLSOFT

We have the on the go softener double standard too. Nice to have soft water while traveling. We also use it when refilling our water tank when traveling from place to place. We don't often have hooks, but when we do, nice long soft water showers.
We have soft water at home, so when we fill the tank at home, it's soft water.

I had the scrape on the bathroom door as well. I added a couple of large felt pads to the inside of the pocket door and that seems to be working great.
