Warranty Issues

We bought a brand new Jayco Seismic last August. It has a staggering number of issues that need dealing with under the warranty. We had an appointment to drop the camper off on 27th May and a work order completed. I have sent messages looking for an update with no response. I called Camping World today and was told that the camper hasn’t even been evaluated yet, it has literally been sat there for two months without action.

Does anybody have any experience or advice on how to get Camping World to carry out the warranty work in a timely manner?

Thank you

Try another dealer. Not all dealers are created equal. Camping world dealers have a bad reputation for being crappy.

X2... I would fine another dealer, go talk to them in person, explain the situation and that while you didn't purchase this one from them, the next one will be based on your experience with CW. then ask them very nicely to do your warranty work for you. They don't have to, but should if they're a reputable dealer.

Unfortunately that's par for the course with CW... Kills me how Marcus runs around the country telling other hos to run their business and his is the laughing stock of the industry.

Keep meticulous records and keep Jayco informed and in the loop. Copy both the dealer and Jayco so neither is blindsided. This might inspire CW or help get an independent authorized. If you can lots of pictures.

Better Business might be worth a try as well.
