Washer/dryer
I have a 2018 siesmic 4212 with the washer/dryer prep in the master bedroom closet. The taps and drain are there but i don't see the dryer vent prep. The manual indicates that there should be a sticker showing where the vent would go but I don't see it anywhere. The problem is that the back of the dryer would face the back of the fancy front cap. Obviously I'm not going to drill through that for the vent but I am not sure where the vent will go.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Or am I resigned to a ventless model?

My 2017 Eagle 293RKDS didn't have the drill here sticker either. I went ventless, so wasn't an issue.
Vent should go out the side wall, not the front cap.

Contact JAYCO with your VIN# and ask for the sidewall drawings. The make flat wall vents that you can connect so it goes out the side.

On my Pinnacle I did a lot of measuring and then drilled a pilot hole on the inside. Then went outside to make sure once I drilled the 4” hole, it would have the clearance needed.
On mine I removed the plywood on the wall (until hole was drilled) then reinstalled it.

You may want to email Jayco with your vin number and what your RV is. They usually email back within a day.

I am just not sure where it would go outside because of the front cap (not going there). I have been looking at those lambro straight vents suggested earlier though. And waiting for a call back from Jayco techs

I'm not sure I would trust what any manufacturer told me as far as dryer vent location. Not even if there was a sticker there. I'd go a pilot about where I wanted it. Then about a 1" hole saw just thru the inside. Then probe around to make sure you've got 4-1/2" clear without a stud there.

We had a sticker that said where to drill. It was on the starboard side of the fiver just to the left, forward, of the water facilities. We drilled a small hole and went outside to find it was right next to the seam between the front cap and the side. We moved 2 " towards the back and drilled a second hole. Checked to make sure the 4" hole saw missed the seam and drilled from the outside. Drilled from the inside and mounted the vent.

Small move, I think that it's a 4" hole but don't forget to measure the OD of the vent and also I have heard that if you do drill outside once you determine with where you are going to drill the hole is to put some of the blue tape on the outside where the hole cover. I think it's for in case that the fiber glass don't get tore in the process.
