That sounds about right, I have a vented unit but I believe the load size requirements are the same. And regarding towels, we have medium weight towels and we can load 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths in a load. If you have big, heavy towels you would likely have to adjust.
Also it is important to always use liquid fabric softener to help items "release" from the drum after the final rinse spin. That spin really winds up and packs the laundry against the drum, so it is important the clothes release well so they can then tumble and dry properly.
And they say not to use dryer sheets, they can cause a buildup that can create issues later.
