Water Drip

Water is dripping under my kitchen sink of my 2017 Jayco Pinnacle from the bottom of the white elbow where it meets the red arm! Anyone know a quick remedy?

quick remedy is replace the elbow with new clamps. If you have the tool you can try to clamp the existing ones but I doubt that's the problem.

Is there a special tool I would need to remove the old clamp and put on the new one?

There are special tools for them, but I use pliers and twist them off. Or use a small punch which fit through the clamp clamp-ridge and twisted it.
Always carry the clamp tool with me with some elbows and clamps.

Another fix would be to cut the tubing on each side of the leaking elbow and replace it with a Sharkbite (or similar) elbow. 1/2" PEX pipe, very easy to find at any big box Home Improvement store. Extremely easy to put in provided you have a little slack in your pipes.

I would cut it and replace it with a sharkbite elbow. That way it will get fixed the first time.

I fixed a leak in one of my PEX fitting joints by replacing it. Sharkbite are easiest to install.

Do I cut it just on either side of the silver clamps? Also what kind of tool do I use to cut it?

Just slightly beyond the clamps to clear the nipples of the fitting itself. A sharp razor knife (box cutter) will do it unless you have a PEX tubing cutter. That tool is the easiest, might look at them when you get the fitting. I think my cutter was less than $10.
