water flow issues

We have recently taken delivery of a 2020 Pinnacle 32 RLTS.
Water flow is low, in my opinion. The flow is about 1.5 to 2 gallons per minute with the shower head off, open hose into 5 gallon bucket.
This rate is both on the city water w 55psi and on the pump (dry camping) modes.
Dealership said i had valves in the wrong position, i have retried and still the same result.
Pump is rated at 3.0 GPM.
Water filter element has been removed to eliminate that possibility.
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
We're new to this forum. We had a 09 Nomad tag trailer and water pressure was never an issue.

One thing to check is all faucet filters. The construction people leave lots of junk in the tanks and lines which plugs the strainers and screens.

I will check them, the dealer said they did but?
I also located the strainer on the pump so i'll check it as well.

I have the same unit and our pressure is good. I did have a bad water filter on a previous fifth wheel that for some reason would only let a trickle of water come through. You said you removed it so that isn't it. Sounds like you have a bunch of strainers to check.
