I am assuming you can't see anything by opening the access door on the outside of the camper?
Was there water left in it during the winter?

Pictures are always helpful in things like this. As far as a water leaks go, any leak is alot of leak. Is this a new camper? Did something freeze over winter? Need some pictures and some details.

I am not home now but I can get some pics, It's a 2007 Jayco and we fill the pipes with antifreeze every winter and went to flush them out and with the input valve open it drains alot of water underneath, close off the input and it doesn't leak

It's weird because if the valve is open it just pours out the bottom but you can't see below it without taking the styrofoam and everything out, we always flush the pipes with antifreeze and drain everything so not sure what's going on

Is the anode plug in the heater? Not sure which heater you have, some have a drain plug/anode and some only have the drain plug.

I had the same problem about a month ago. Now I checked the water heater drain plug and it was dripping down into the bottom of the heater tank. So I bought a new drain plug. That fixed the problem. Now I had to get some towles to soak up the access water and ran a small heater for 24 hours to dry out the cheap carpet they put in the basement.

Hope that helps!
