I recently bought my Eagle HT that was missing the utility box cover. I only needed the cover. Talking to Jayco dealer/service I had to purchase the entire box for ~$100. Searching the internet I found it was manufactured by Thetford. Looking through their website I found the cover and it took me to an Amazon page.
The hinge on one side is spring loaded. It took less than 5 mins to install. It came with a lock, but I changed it out to be keyed the same as the rest of my doors.
