Depending on the year and model of your unit, you will have 2 shut off valves. One is around or below your stove and the other one will be off your kitchen sink supply line.

Follow the supply line out of the kitchen faucet. You will find a shut off valve in that area. On my kitchen island, it was behind the drawer. You my also have a panel with a couple of screws you can remove on your unit. You don’t have to disconnect anything, just turn the valve off. If you pull the drawer out under your range, you will see the other valve. Use turn off either one.
