Water panel control valves

After seven months at repair shop they said water control
Valves at dock station were good, BS. I am at my camp and I need to get two control valves. I know the handles are different colors but I need the blue and black handled valves. One is nearly impossible to turn and other one very hard.
Anyone have a source or part number that I can order a couple. Nearest Jayco dealer is a few hundred miles away.
Tks

Take a look in the back, they should be 3 way 1/2 inch PEX valves.

Here is a video that might help.

Do you have water pressure on them? Not supposed to turn them when pressurized.
There is a check valve on the city hose connection keeps pressure on the system until you open a faucet
Just thinking outside the box. Maybe it's holding enough pressure on the valves on you

These are not simple on off valves that u can buy. If u look behind ur water panel these valves connect to each other. I have spent hours on phone with Jayco parts and emails with pics. Still waiting for part numbers so I can order thru a dealer. Dry camping at my camp with this problem is no fun. I cannot keep my water pump
On do to the by pass flow running the pump. Thank u Rv Connections for telling me the valves were fine and charging me an hour labor when I told u they were not. Now I am at camp dealing with another problem u did not fix. Like ur generator guy who will not work on a gas generator and drives a Fred Flintstone car. I know u read this site since u already had ur manager call me once so u need to get ur act together. It is a good thing I did not fix airplanes like u fix RVs

These valves only turn 1/4 and are connected. Still waiting on Jayco for a part number for the blue and black handle valves. They now only move 1/8 turn.

So I looked at my panel and it is a Nautilus P1. the manufacturer is B & B Molders and they direct those looking for parts to....
B&B Molders

... and they appear to have all the parts and offer phone support at 888-400-9849

Hope this helps

Jayco finally emailed the part numbers and they r in stock. Had Pete’s RV in Burlington order them and Jayco is sending directly to me. Spent today taking basement apart and need to cut two pex lines to get the water panel out enough to get to valves.
Thanks for posting the link for the valves. If I was at home I could chance ordering what looks close but at camp have to get right part. They must have gold in them over $300 for two with overnight mail. It will be a job to change out they both interconnect with all the lines.

It sure is but I am in need big time. I will be taking pics of all valves and matching them up for future reference. Just hope no unforeseen problem replacing them since I am at my river camp away from everywhere.

Good luck with the fix Rock. I think the next day shipping is a fair chunk of that, but I'd do the same thing if I was in that same situation. You have to let us all know how it went. Take a deep breath!

hey rock,

my pinnacle was made just before yours, I don't have valve problems but I lost hot water this weekend, it comes out just a tricle, pump or city water. I tried back flushing through the the washer hot water line out the water heater, no luck just a tricle, but that way it does come out the faucets good, it must be plugged in the water heater exit line or a valve in the docking station, so I get to tear mine apart this weekend to, good luck.

About your 7 months at the repair shop- We just can't do that at our age. We need to get out there and seeing things. Tomorrow, we're taking out 5th wheel to Goshen In to Lippert about a frame/ axle problem. It took many emails and phone calls to get this set up. They tell us they'll fix it in one day. Our local dealer is nice, but months behind. Jayco factory service is many months out in scheduling, too.
We all must find ways to get around this service problem with R.V's. This problem has cost us about a month and a half of travel time. That's unacceptable. Cars and trucks are 50 times more complicated, and they can almost always get you fixed up in a week or so. Big changes needed in the R.V. industry, but in the meantime, we need to be creative and persistent, and get these things somewhere they can be fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

Had the water heater trickle last year. Plastic check valve at water heater outlet. Replaced with metal one. Easy fix.

Had no idea what was going on. Posted on this site and a bunch had the same water heater issue. Inside of plastic check valve just gave up.

Got the two valves yesterday. Just replaced and all works good. Had to remove most lines to get to the bad valves. Going to lv the basement walls off for a week to make sure no leaks. Only casualty was tearing my arms up on screws and clamps. New valves turn so easy, got to others that still fully turn but no where as easy as the new ones. The other two valves are the same so going to that posted web site and getting a spare one. Could of bought the whole panel for what I paid for my two valves. Stuff never breaks at home and needed water at camp.

Thanks for the update Rock. It's the first time I've heard of those valves jamming up. Do you see any obvious reason for them seizing?
