Water pressure
We are new owners and wife is concerned over water pressure in shower with regards to rinsing thick long hair...
Are shower nozzles interchangeable with normal home nozzles that I can buy at local hardware stores...
Greatly appreciate guidance so my life gets just a little better ....LoL

Oxygenics is a very well rated RV shower head replacement. My wife and daughters all have long, thick hair and they love it.

Another +1 for Oxygenics.
While I personally have never owned one (yet), I recommended it to one of my employees who immediately installed it on her trailer, and she RAVES about it.
I'll eventually install one, but what we have works fine for now, and other upgrades have higher priority right now...

x5 for the Qxygenics. It is the first thing I do when I get a new 5th wheel home. Exchange the factory unit and install the Oxygenics Fury 5. The largest plus is the fact that it has a trickle function that ensures you do not get a blast of cold water if in fact you shut the shower head off during a shower as some do. Happy Camping. ...and another one for Oxygenics.
It should be noted that only a pump can actually increase water pressure, but something like the Oxygenics just makes it seem like more water volume by inserting some air in the stream.
We have learned over time to keep some freshwater in our onboard tanks at all times. At RV parks with poor water pressure, it pays to switch to "dry camping" settings and draw off the tank where your pump will at least provide 45 lbs. Then refill as needed during the day for the next night.
This is also handy for then the park water fails or is shut off for maintenance. This happens more that we would have expected and happens more often than temporary power outages.

If you want to save some money and have a shower head that is every bit as good as Oxygenics, get a Yoo Mee. Great ratings. We've had one for 2 years and it will make 20 PSI seem like 60 PSI. $24 bucks.

We installed an oxygenics because the praise is universal.
I notice no real difference from the original ... but this is not the sort of thing I pay much attention to. It may be an improvement, at least there are a few flow patterns to choose from.
One thing I will say: Oxygenics claims that their handle quick shut off permits water temp to stay the same when you turn it back on. That definitely doesn't work on mine. I get the brief cold blast, just like with the original.

As I mentioned above, this feature doesn't work for me. It does trickle as designed, but there is still the cold blast. Not that big a deal for me though.
