Water pump

When using the fresh water tank if I run a sink faucet wide open the pump hums along nicely. If not running wide open it hammers pretty hard, shaking the water lines. Dealer said make sure pump is fastened tight to floor. Will try this weekend. Any other ideas?

True. Some foam or styrofoam in between pipe fittings, etc... Also helps

Couldn't hurt to make sure all your valves are fully turned in the proper directions. Could also be a flaky back pressure valve.

Mine hammers a little harder right before the pressure switch cuts the pump off.

Is that pressure switch adjustable, replaceable, or integrated to the pump?

I've only looked at the Sureflo....the pressure switch is controlled with spring pressure.
