Water Pump issue

We have a 2021 Eagle HT 31MB and our water pump is not working. It doesn't come on at all when we activate it on the Jaycommand system. My husband checked the fuse and says the light is on so that isn't the problem. We aren't sure if it ever worked because we usually don't need to use it. My husband wants to see if he can fix it himself vs. taking it to the dealer, but we have no idea where it is located. Our owner's manual has no info on the location of the pump. It's Saturday and this is a holiday weekend so no option to call Jayco for advice until Tuesday. I'm hoping that someone here knows where the pump may be located.

I should have done a search before I posted. I see other threads now that say it is behind the panel. Sorry!

If the light is on at the fuse it means the fuse is blown. I'm not sure of that was the light you were talking about...

Thanks, Marcm157. I was talking about the light at the pump, not the fuse. The light at the pump indicates it is getting power. I am guessing we need a new pump.

If you have a Shurflo pump here's the tech support number: Pentair Shurflo 1-800-854-3218.

Their CS has always been excellent for me.

See the attached thread. If you have a test meter you may be able to troubleshoot the actual pump.
