Water pump location!! Help!!

We have a 2020 jayco eagle 347bhok and cannot find the water pump that has froze! We wanted to put a heater on it but everyone I’ve talked to and everything I read can’t tell me where the water pump is located!

My best guess would be behind the docking station.

Don't have that unit but what Grump said would be where I would look. Mine is behind a panel in the storage bay right behind the docking station.

Agree, behind docking station. I have a smaller eagle, but should be there. You may need to remove a panel in your pass through, or pull some drawers and look in there. Furnace should heat that area. The water could be froze between the tank and the pump, that’s where mine freezes.
