We are selling our 2021 Northpoint 377 RLBH
This is the most amazing RV, but life is taking us in a different direction. We decided to buy a new home instead.
Took delivery July 2021.
Cannot is obviously loaded. Gen Prep, slide out TV in garage; Bkackstone, Large mini fridge and more.
Where is the best place to list?
RV in North Florida.

Congratulations on the new home! Don't blame you one bit. A new home is a much wiser choice and investment than an RV. You should be able to sell that pretty quickly, especially in today's market. Best of luck with the new house!

I was going to suggest the classifieds, but looks like you did that already.

If my truck would just be delivered to the dealership, I'd probably come check it out. I'm stuck without a truck capable until January. We are looking at this model and am completely fine with a lightly used model.
Best of luck! I'll dig heavy into the market once my truck is here.

If you're waiting for a Duramax, dont hold you're breath. I've heard some pretty bad news on them.
Here's a suggestion, take a weekend road trip and go check it out. If it's what you're after, pull the trigger and pick it up later when your new truck comes in. That would be a perfect unloaded break in period going there and a perfect break in for it coming back home.

Would you be flexible on holding it for a few months if I can come check it out? And of course if we love it, buy it?
Truck is supposed to be in by mid-JAN. Dealer told me two weeks ago that it's been assigned a VIN, but that's as much as I have.

It's a RAM 3500 dually I have on order... regular cummins but with the 4.10 gears.
Definitely a dream truck and very excited to have it coming in. Really unhappy with the premium it comes with though. Everything just keeps getting more and more expensive!

If you're available for holding it while I wait, I can come down from TN either this weekend or next. We are very serious buyers.
