This particular thread is discussing leaf spring suspension on trailers. Depending on the manufacturer, motor homes may or may not have any grease-able components on the chassis, less likely on the suspension. A "wet bolt" is a bolt that has a Zerk fitting (the fitting you attach a grease gun to) and a channel for grease to reach the desired area. In this thread, the wet bolt is what holds the leaf springs in place on the hangers that are attached to frame and equalizers.
