wheel bearings

I own a Jayco Designer 5th wheel and am a bit confused by 2 different service techs. When I called to have the wheel bearings repacked, one gave me a price and time frame. While the other said I have cartridges and don't never need repacking? Confused, me too?

I think there are three types of bearing setups on most trailers. Never-lube, easy lube and standard type. You can look at your axle info you got in that huge pile of books and papers you got when you purchased and find out which of these you have. Then go to the axle manufacturers website and see what they have to say about how to maintain your setup.

I think I remember reading they were never lube. Thanks, it jogged my memory.
