I've found several exterior attachment screws that were over-tightened at the factory, resulting in stripping out the material they were screwed into. Affected were a clearance light, my roof ladder, and a storage compartment "hold open" latch. I'll bet there are more. Either Jayco does not use torque controlled tools, or they are not adjusted properly.
