Where Is Furnace Controls?

I can't find the furnace controls on a North Point 2016 301RETS. I have removed the panels in the bottom bay but only see ducting from a tin box I assume is the furnace?

Not sure what your looking for exactly, but the furnace is controlled by the thermostat. Switch to heat for gas or electric if equipped.

There is a reset on the furnace which is that tin box with the ducts coming out of it. If it's not obvious you may need to feel around it to locate.

Other than that a fuse in the converter panel may be blown.
