Wheres the darn switch?

We have never really had a need for these lights but today my wife asked me how you turn the round LED light above the stove.

We checked the cintrol panel by the stove, BMPro, and all the other light switches located within the kitchen/living room.

There is also a similar light above the TV that we have no idea how to turn on.

I am sure it's something simple

Iam not sure how often those lights will get used, but at least we know where they are now.

Saw the kitchen one as I was sitting in the recliner.
