which hitch for Eagle super lite HT 23.5?

have to decide before tomorrow which hitch I want to get into my 2010 RAM 4X4 QC Hemi to accommodate the Eagle Super Lite HT 23.5
money isn't a problem, I am looking for the best hitch for the money as in ease of use and quality.

For my money the best hitch on the market is the B&W Companion into the B&W turnover ball. If you are going with standard rails you can get the B&W Patriot. These are not slider hitches so if you have a short bed truck be aware of this. The companion has 3 positions to bolt it up, mine is all the way back and as high as it will go. My truck is a Short bed F250 and I pull a 31.5RLTS and have not been in a situation yet that required a slider. As long as you are aware of the distance between the trailer and cab you should be fine.

The B&W hitches latch and unhook without issue every time regardless of the terrain you are parked on. Some brands can bind up and make unhooking difficult if you are not on a flat plane with the truck and trailer.

Agreed, The new Reese Elite series, the Curt 24K hitch, and if you want or need automatic sliders the Pullrite would be the way to go. In the Air ride hitch arena the Hensley system is about as good as it gets. There are still many more but after considering all these for our needs the B&W was the clear choice.

I don't know if it is the Elite series or not but I can tell you the quick estimate he gave me to start is Expensive!!!! between 2000 and 3500.00 Canadian dollar installed

All the Reese hitches are manual sliders.

Reese makes the Sidewinder pinbox that is automatic. It is not compatible with the B&W. Jayco may not honor any frame issues if installed by anyone but Jayco.

Pullrite makes an auto slide.

Just finished talking to the guy and you are right, Reese does t make automatic glide hitch.
We discussed proglide and pullrite superglide. He saus proglide really good.
Opinions?

B&W does not endorse the use of a Sidewinder pinbox with their Companion 5th wheel hitch. Trailer-Saver hitches do not endorse the Sidewinder either.

I am not familiar with the "proglide" hitch. Do you have a link for more info?

I am familiar with the Pullrite Superglide. It is an excellent 5th shell hitch for short and regular length truck beds. It is not needed with a longbed.

I have a 23.5.RBS and pull it with an F150. Bought a used Husky 16K with the slider. I used the slider the first couple trips until i became familiar with the trailer. Probably don't even need I slider but better safe than sorry.

ISR Series Superglide 2700

Didn't have much to choose from, Reese (not auto matic), Pullrite ($1500.00 more) so I'm happy they carried the Superglide.
Getting the install on Thursday and delivery thursday afternoon.
