Why Eagle HT is more expensive than GD reflection 150?

Both Jayco Eagle HT and GD reflection 150 are claimed to be half-ton towable. Eagle HT is more expansive than reflection 150 overall. Does Eagle HT have better quality than reflection 150? other reasons?

Looked at the grand designs and was not impressed. Although the salesman was very impressed. LOL

I know the 2021 come standard with auto level and whisper quite a/c. Not sure you can even get either one on the gd 150.

A buddy has one of these so called GD half ton towable. I rode with him loaded up once with his F150 with tow pkg & I got nervous.
The quality control on the GD was horrible. He had many many returns for repairs.

Typically the GD 150 - at least in the models I looked at - does not have a bedroom slide. So it should be less expensive, a slide adds a lot of cost.

I evaluated the GD Reflection 303 as the comparison unit to my 28.5RSTS, along with a Crusader (don’t recall which model).
