Both switches on and the Green LED on, check that TV is on Air/Antenna and not Cable...then do AutoScan again....
WIFI not showing on your device could be several things, from no power to gateway, or gateway was configured to NOT broadcast the SSID - you can check for this by manually connecting and entering the Gateway WIFI SSID and password, etc....or maybe using the Winegard Air360+ app...?? hard to tell
without more info...or seeing what you are "not" seeing on the WIFI scanner...
