Have a 2020 Jayco North Point and in the bedroom it has a winegard on the ceiling. I see the switch to turn it on and it shows up on my phone but nothing happens. Do I need to do something else to “use” it?

If it is the Winegard Connect 2 you need to find the owners manual and on the cover it will have the username and password to login and setup the system.

You will need to configure the system from the Winegard App or from a laptop. You will need the m annual with userid and password to set it up and no, nobody can provide that info to you. If it not available have the unit serial number available and call Winegard customer support.
