Winterizing a Splendid washer dryer

This will be my first year winterizing my FW. I read all about blowing out lines but how can you do that to the washer. I plan on using antifreeze and running it thru the plumbing and into the washer. If you bypass the water heater I assume than antifreeze will than flow thru all hot water lines including washer.
What do u guys do?

Here are the Splendide instructions which include winterizing instructions. I do use antifreeze with my (replacement tank-style) water heater bypassed.

I did both with water heater by-passed. Connected the air compressor and then ran a warm wash, cleared water from both hot and cold, then ran drain cycle. Pumped in anti-freeze and again ran warm wash, once I had anti-freeze in tub ran drain again. Pulled pump screen and drained out remaining anti-freeze.
