Winterizing of course

1st let me say I have been searching and watching videos and learning however NP 381 DLQS is new (2017), it has the tank less water heater, residential refrigerator with water & ice dispenser, and of course washer/dryer prep. Is there a video for the 2017's like mine? I know dealers want $150 an hour minimum and it would take about 30min.

I have winterized my 2011 5r before, both methods (RV antifreeze and LP air) so I'm confident with a little guidance I can do this.

Not sure the proper way for the Frigidaire and lost on the tank-less water heater.

Today I looked under the 5r and saw four low point drains, not sure why four.

One for the fridge
One for the FW tank,
One for the washer / dryer?
One for the water hoses?

I know I stressed my guide during the PDI because the DW kept telling me to slowdown. However his level of knowledge was minimum.

Thxs.

Two of the pipes are hot/cold low point drains and two are probably vents/overflow pipes for the fresh water tanks

I would suggest you use air pressure (30-40 lbs) to blow out all lines, operate the ice maker manually until you here air coming thru, then close the line to your ice maker and run RV anti-freeze thru the unit. This works well, keeps anti-freeze out of your ice maker.
Your washing machine is easy, instructions are in the manual. No special winterizing for your residential frig. other than your ice maker. I hope this helps.

What does RV antifreeze do to the ice maker. One has told me you could drink the RV antifreeze.

It won't hurt the ice maker, anymore than it will hurt the water lines. True it is non-toxic but I don't think I would drink it

We had a class B and every year we filled the lines with RV antifreeze when winterizing. After a few years of doing that, we couldn't get antifreeze taste out of the system.
